• Increase the MN GMV by the end of 2019 by 300%

• Make the product the most attractive and convenient place for translation buyers and translation agencies by the end of 2019

• Lean roadmap management of your part of the platform for the MN product to achieve the fastest user engagement

• Define the strategy for the MN product, aligning it
• 2+ years of experience as a product manager for a successful marketplace product with outstanding achievements

The mission of a Head of Product, Market Network (MN) is to build and run the best marketplace and the network of buyers, translation companies, and talent worldwide. Your success will be measured by the revenue contributes to our client rapid annual growth rate of 200–400%.

• Define the strategy for the MN product, aligning it with other products, reconciling it with the leadership, and leading its execution. Implement the consequent go-to-market strategy for each region in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams

• Update and properly describe the processes, key metrics, and performance indicators driving the evolution of the MN product

• Ability to think big and start small, meaning finding the easiest and fastest solutions to test hypotheses and get results

• Good understanding of UI/UX

• Hands-on experience in customer development and UX-testing

• Knowledge and experience of Agile practices and ability to work and run own scrum team

• Integrity and full commitment to your work, colleagues, and customers

• Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through

• Eagerness to succeed and an aggressive mindset towards growth

• Openness to constructive criticism and the opinions and ideas of others
