Position description
• Develop a working process of gathering product requirements from the target markets and its transferring to the product teams to adjust products and technology accordingly

• Build an efficient, well structured, scalable and manageable global sales organization aiming to cover sales operations in 30 countries in three target regions - MEA, LATAM, APAC. Develop and implement workable and motivating compensation system based on transparent and efficient KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years' experience in global sales management role, with experience in LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

• IT as a main area of business. Good knowledge of IT industry and principles

• Sales management experience 5+y.
